All private vehicle exchanges, loans, and arrangements are conducted directly between members and are governed solely by the terms agreed between those parties. Maison Apex assumes no liability for, and is not party to, any arrangement made between members. Participation requires proof of ownership, valid collector insurance, and acceptance of membership terms. This is not a rental service, a commercial vehicle hire platform, or a regulated financial product.
